Roulette Card 1
The black lines around the outside of the roulette wheel is the first 25 spins of the 37 total spins.
Just count the black lines on each number and that is how many times that number came out in the 1st 25 spins.
The number "11" has 3 black lines which means it came out 3 times, but if you look at the inside of the wheel you will see the number "11" also has 2 red lines which means it also came out 2 more times in the last 12 spins of the 37 spins.
In the top right corner you will see a small black number "16" this is how many numbers in total didn't come out at all, it is the 4 big black numbers added together.
At a glance you can see how many Doubles or Trebles there were.
This you will see in the next couple of Roulette cards as well. This is what you can expect in every 37 spins but the numbers will be a bit more or a bit less each time, but this is a guide to what will happen when you play.

Roulette Card 10
The last 12 Roulette spins of 37 spins.
In the last 12 spins there will be a double, some times more, but you would most of the time get 1 double. So you can try and pick this double.
You are expecting 1 or 2 doubles to come up, you are only watching the numbers that come out in these last 12 spins. You would have to write the numbers down, and each time the 12 spins were up you would have to get rid of the 1st 12 spins, so this way you are always picking from the last 12 spins of 37 spins.
Or know that in every 12 spins you are going to get a double and try and find it, only a small amount of time will the double happen after 12 spins.
*You can't just take every number that comes out because it would cost too much.
