Find a perfect Recouping System then your bets are free

If you can find 3 or 4 numbers that will not come out on the next spin, then you have found the Roulette Holy Grail.

I have many Recouping Systems, they require different amounts of chips, and have different win to loss ratios, there risks are different, some have 9 numbers that can make you lose others have 3, there are different profits from 2 to 6 chips, but it all comes down to this.

"Can you find 3 or 4 numbers that have a very small  chance of coming out on the next spin" and can you pick them, enough times to over come the win loss ratio.

If you can, then you now can bet, recoup the bet amount, bet, recoup the bet amount and when you get the win all the win is yours.

Even if you can't beat the win loss ratio if you can finance a bet that wins a good amount of times or a lot of small wins, then you are a winner.

I am going to do tests on a the 30 chip Recouper that wins 6 chips profit only if that dozen wins.

Which numbers come out in every 37 spins, 

In every 37 spins what can we expect to happen every time

I have marked off 37 real winning numbers from a real live casino 

so we can see what happens around the Roulette wheel.

  

Where are the Roulette winning numbers around the wheel in 37 spins.

How to read these 10 Roulette Cards to see.

The large black numbers around the wheel (5, 4, 3, 4) this is how many numbers 

from that part of the wheel have not come out.

The black marks are which roulette winning numbers from the 1st 25 spins.

The Red marks inside the roulette wheel are the last 12 spins of the total 37 spins.

There is a small number (16) in the top right corner this is how many numbers that didn't

come out at all.    

Look at the orange or red lines around the inside of the roulette wheel and this will tell you
how many times those numbers have come out in the last 12 spins.
How many times do you get Doubles or are the last 12 spins numbers that have not been out yet

A lot of the time there will be 1 orange number that comes out twice in the last 12 spins
if you follow these last numbers 1 of them could double in the 12 spins, you would just have to work out a betting system

Fick though the photos and you will see how many Doubles & Trebles come out
and how often 4 or more wins on the same numbers

If you find that there are only a couple of numbers not out in a certain part of the wheel like the top left or top right or bottom left or bottom right then you would not expect these numbers to come out
If you find there is always 1 or 2 numbers from these parts of the wheel that after 37 spins have not come out, Don't follow them.

If you have a group of numbers you often just bet on, then if we are getting to the last 15 spins and your numbers have not been out yet, then they could be in the 13 or so cold numbers that will not come out at all in this 37 spins.

Count up the number of black lines that only come out 1 time there always is around 14
and you have around 13 cold numbers
Look and see what amount of Doubles and Trebles you could expect

Note if you get a few numbers that come out 4 or more times then the Doubles & Treble amounts will be affected.

Even thou they say a roulette wheel has no memory and every number has an equal chance of coming out, these events I have explained above happen in every 37 spins, you don't know how many, but each group happens.

Its the same with Dozens & Rows & Colors you will always get a certain amount coming out in each group, never none, from these groups.
If that did happen, it would be such a small amount of times, that I have never seen it.

and the winning number is in there some where.

Or you can use a system where you only have 6 numbers that you win with

and 7 numbers that can make you lose and every other number 

will give you your bet back.

So when the win comes you may have no losses to get back

Well I have the answer, some will become very cold numbers and most of them will come out in the next 37 spins.
Of the numbers that have not come out not all will come in the next 37 spins, but you will get some that Double or Treble, if there are a lot more than 13 number not out then don't expect most of them to come out, always think that you have only 13 cold.

Use this to help pick which Wheel Section & Street number to miss out.

Miss Wheel Section A, B, C, D. and Miss Street Number 1, 2, 3, 4.

A & 3 ...... B & 4 ...... C & 3 ...... D & 4 or 2.
When these 2 both have just came up, use the "Predicting" System. 
A & 3 = Ball leaving Wheel Section "A" & the
last Street out was Street "3"
This gives you, very close to 18 numbers to miss out.
**Look for Cold Numbers that have 2 or 3 numbers that are from the same Street,
then replace 1 of the Streets from Street "1" with that Cold Street.
